Booking and payment

• The reservation is only confirmed once Résidence Callas has received a deposit or full payment, depending on the booking conditions.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cash on arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT.

Cancellation and changes

• Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded in full.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount for the reserved stay will be charged.
• Changes to the reservation can only be made by agreement and are subject to availability.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: by 11:00
• Late check-out can be arranged by prior agreement and for an additional fee.

Stay and responsibilities

• Résidence Callas reserves the right to charge for any damage caused to rooms or hotel property.
• Smoking indoors is not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed.

Disclaimer

• Résidence Callas accepts no responsibility for guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
• The hotel cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellations due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, government intervention, etc.).

Personal data

• Your information is treated confidentially and used only in connection with your reservation and stay.
• Enquiries submitted via the contact form are deleted automatically after 12 months.
